Greater Access to Lake Pleasant on the Vistancia, Peoria, Arizona Horizon

Enjoy boating and being by water? Lake Pleasant is close to Vistancia in the west valley Metro Phoenix.
In the near future, Vistancia residents will have easier access to Lake Pleasant and the attractions there once the CAP (Central Arizona Project) Bridge is complete. The road to the bridge runs through Vistancia Village on Vistancia Blvd. It gives access to the new developments scheduled to be built on the other side of the bridge.
Also, Vistancia residents will have access to more than 900 acres of public open spaces donated to Peoria. The acreage will expand development to more than 3,500 new homes, recreational facilities, and additional public schools, according to the Arizona Republic.
The bridge is scheduled for completion in 2015.
