• (623) 476-2491 • (877) 290-3626 •

At Friedman Realty Associates we are Service Centric—with our employees, our clients, and our community.

To learn more about service, we interviewed people to find out why they want when they hire a Realtor®. This is what we know—
  • We understand that each transaction is unique to circumstances, so we inform our clients on market trends and timing based on our in-depth research.
  • We know that different generations have different expectations and requirements.

Here are some responses we received as feedback:

  • "We had limited time and wanted our realtor to compress the process."
  • "I have expectations and want a Realtor professional to hear me."
  • "I know exactly what I want, so I want an agent who is knowledgeable and can guide me through my search.
  • "We're from a different state so we need a Realtor® who knows the ropes in our selected areas, and has our interests at heart, in Arizona."

So, what do YOU want in a Realtor®?

We are responsive to our clients.
We listen to how you want to communicate with us—we know because we ask you!

Please email (ted@BirdieGolfHomes.com) your responses or text your feedback to
623-986-0987, and you will be eligible for a drawing for one of the first of our
Friedman Realty Associates Entertainment Guide being released in mid-October.

Lana and I enjoy serving and answering your questions. -TF

In the near future, Vistancia residents will have easier access to Lake Pleasant and the attractions there once the CAP (Central Arizona Project) Bridge is complete. The road to the bridge runs through Vistancia Village on Vistancia Blvd. It gives access to the new developments scheduled to be built on the other side of the bridge.

Also, Vistancia residents will have access to more than 900 acres of public open spaces donated to Peoria. The acreage will expand development to more than 3,500 new homes, recreational facilities, and additional public schools, according to the Arizona Republic.

The bridge is scheduled for completion in 2015.
